Welcome to Ageless by Isabelle Wilcox (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website https://agelessbyisa.com, online booking platform, and all related services.
By using our website, scheduling an appointment, or communicating with us (including by phone or text), you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Ageless by Isabelle Wilcox provides professional beauty, medical aesthetics, and wellness services, including but not limited to:

  • Facials, Microneedling, and Pixel8 RF treatments

  • Injectables: Botox®, Dysport®, Sculptra®, Juvederm®, and Restylane® fillers

  • PRP and PRF therapies

  • Laser services: IPL photofacial, diode laser hair removal, Erbium resurfacing, CO₂ fractional resurfacing, Q-Switch tattoo removal, and YAG-based skin rejuvenation

  • CO₂ Vaginal Tightening treatments

  • Chemical peels and prescription skincare products

  • Medical wellness services: weight loss (GLP-1/GIP therapies), IV vitamin and drip therapy, IM vitamin injections, and laboratory orders

  • Private spa and beauty events

  • Gift cards and skincare product sales (including prescription-only products)

All treatments are performed by trained and licensed professionals. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed. Some services may require a consultation or medical clearance before treatment.

2. Booking and Payments

Appointments can be made online, by phone, or by text.
A valid credit card is required at the time of scheduling to hold your appointment.

  • If you do not cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment, a $35 no-show fee will be charged to your card on file.

  • By providing your payment information, you authorize Ageless by Isabelle Wilcox to charge your card according to this policy.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Promotional offers, discounts, and memberships cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.

Payment is accepted via major credit/debit cards, gift cards, or approved financing options.

3. Gift Cards and Retail Products

Gift cards are available for purchase and are non-refundable.
They may be used toward services or retail products but cannot be exchanged for cash.
All product sales — including prescription skincare — are final for safety and regulatory reasons.

4. SMS/Text Messaging Consent

By providing your mobile phone number, you agree to receive text messages from Ageless by Isabelle Wilcox at 877-357-6384 for appointment confirmations, reminders, and promotional offers.

  • Message and data rates may apply.

  • Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time or HELP for assistance.

5. Private Events

We offer private parties and spa events by reservation.
Deposits may be required to secure event dates, which are non-refundable within 7 days of the scheduled event.
Custom packages and pricing are available upon request.

They are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition and should not replace advice from a licensed healthcare provider.
